Designed for hunters who value precision above all else, the Roselli Grandfather knife combines traditional Nordic craftsmanship with exceptional control in the field.
Its distinctive curved blade and compact profile make the knife especially well suited for detailed cutting tasks during game processing. The shorter blade allows your hand to work closer to the cutting edge, giving greater accuracy and confidence when skinning, trimming and making controlled cuts.
The blade is handcrafted from drop-hammer forged carbon steel using Roselli's traditional forging process. By compressing the steel structure, this time-proven method produces a blade with excellent toughness, durability and long-lasting performance. Hardened to approximately 60 HRC, it offers an outstanding balance between sharpness, strength and ease of sharpening, even during extended hunting trips.
The ergonomic handle is crafted from Finnish curly birch and treated with linseed oil to provide a secure, comfortable grip in both wet and cold conditions. Every handle displays its own natural grain, ensuring that each knife is unique.
The knife is supplied with a handcrafted sheath made from vegetable-tanned Finnish leather, designed for safe carry and years of dependable use. Like the knife itself, the leather develops character and beauty over time.
Handmade in Harmoinen, Finland, and built according to Roselli's "One Knife for Life" philosophy, the Grandfather knife is trusted by generations of hunters who appreciate craftsmanship, reliability and complete control in the field.
