Where Roselli covers duties and taxes, this will be clearly stated in the Shipping Policy. Otherwise, such charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

The applicable price for a product is the price stated in the order confirmation.

Roselli reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, currency conversion errors, or other inaccuracies.

6. Payment, shipping and delivery

Available payment methods, shipping services, delivery options, and related charges are displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the products.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Returned products must:

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued for the value of the returned products after inspection and approval of the return.

Roselli Oy shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Storm
• War
• Civil unrest
• Labour disputes
• Government actions
• Transportation disruptions
• Energy shortages
• Telecommunications failures
• Supply chain disruptions

Performance shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

11. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Finland.

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protection rights, nothing in these Terms shall affect those rights.

The parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
